I am passionate about supporting and initiating spiritual awakening and embodiment in the wild, courageous souls that seek it. It is not me that does the initiating or healing. I am in service to the Energy.

I believe the world needs us to step into our sovereign power, heal and integrate our trauma and shadows to create the better world we know is possible.

This means coming down from the head, out of denial and fear, and learning how to integrate the awakened, open heart and animal, emotional body.

Maybe you have been starting to feel more, sensing that something must change… and all of a sudden you are open to all kinds of things you don’t even understand but just know you must attempt.

I am here to help you dismantle that which is limiting you, as your guide. I have walked this path my whole life, so much deep diving. I have ventured to many places most people would not dare to. And I live to tell about it. Each experience forged me and showed me my strength through my surrender.

I am in service to creating new ways of being that serve you for the next stage of your evolution. You deserve the soft bellied freedom… open, alert, and fired up for a life that fulfills you.

I will help you trust their intuition, your felt sense, to receive the incredibly wise messages within your body to heal at the deepest levels. We will move through the 5 bodies in a feminine manner to listening and feeling, intuiting. This is not a rigid path but it is well held.

I believe, because it is my own lived experience, that our body is our soulmate and that when we come to truly know and experience this living truly begins. In alignment with our souls fulfillment and in service to the whole.
