HOW I WORK
There is power in feeling what you’ve feared, in a space safe enough to do it.
Much of what shapes our lives happens beneath the surface of our awareness: the patterns we repeat in relationships, the emotions we struggle to name, and the ways we protect ourselves. My work is an exploration of those deeper layers.
Drawing on somatic awareness (attending to the body’s signals as real information), depth psychology, archetypal inquiry, dream work, and parts work, I help you see what may be driving a pattern, what it has protected, and what becomes possible once it is understood. I listen closely to what is spoken and what remains just beyond words.
Depth psychology starts from the idea that much of what drives us, our reactions, choices, and relationships, happens below our awareness, and that we can learn to understand it.
Parts work is based on the observation that we aren’t one single voice inside. One part pushes ahead, another pulls back, another criticizes. Each has a reason. Instead of fighting them, we get to know them.
Archetypal work looks at the larger roles and patterns we live inside, such as the provider, the protector, or the one who holds it together, and asks which ones we chose and which ones we inherited.
The work draws on intuition, but it is not only intuition. It asks for reflection, discernment, and a willingness to stay curious about what we do not yet understand.
WHAT WE MIGHT EXPLORE
An emotional reaction that seems disproportionate to the present moment
An old strategy that no longer serves you
A recurring dynamic in your relationships
A part of yourself that has been difficult to acknowledge
You do not need to arrive with a clear question or a particular goal. Often, the work begins with a sense that something deserves closer attention.
AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP
I work with clients in individual weekly sessions online. The continuity allows us to return to important questions, recognize patterns as they arise, and notice what is changing between sessions. What we discover comes into your daily life, where it can inform your choices, your relationships, and the way you meet yourself.
My role is not to define you or prescribe who you should become. It is to offer thoughtful reflection and a steady relationship in which you develop greater trust in your own discernment.
WORKING TOGETHER
I work with a limited number of people. The work is best suited to those who are curious about themselves, willing to engage honestly, and interested in more than a quick answer.
If something here resonates, I invite you to schedule a complimentary conversation. We can discuss what you are looking for, how I work, and whether the relationship feels like a good fit.
