FAQ — Psycho Somatic Healing

Do you work with clients outside the US or internationally?
Yes, I mentor clients internationally via Zoom or phone. Many of my clients live outside Oregon/Washington and even outside the US — this work is held entirely online, so your location doesn't limit your ability to do this with me.

What is psycho-somatic work, and how is it different from talk therapy?
Psycho-somatic work integrates the body, psyche, and spirit rather than staying only in the mind. I weave Jungian depth psychology, somato emotional release, active imagination, and shadow work together, so instead of just talking about your patterns, we work with where they live in your body and unconscious, to make it conscious and integrated. Many clients come to me after years of talk therapy that helped them understand their story but didn't change it.

Do you work with clients integrating psychedelic experiences?
Yes. I support people who've had powerful but disorienting psychedelic experiences and are still trying to make sense of them. This work helps you take what surfaced in that altered state and actually integrate it into your daily life, relationships, and self-understanding using a Jungian and depth psychology lens. I have ventured the world of psychedelics, though no longer utilize them, so understand them well and speak from experience. I do not facilitate psychedelic journeys and typically do not work with clients who are working with psychedelics due to their destabilizing effects. What is ancestral healing, and do you offer it?
Ancestral healing is work that addresses patterns, wounds, and unconscious material passed down through your family line — not just your own personal history. This is a core part of my work; I help clients recognize where an inherited family pattern (a parent's wound, a generational story) is living in them, and support the process of metabolizing and shifting it for you and your lineage. Family Constellations and Gestalt work is often utilized in the context of my work with clients. Your ancestors also help you tap into much more energy for healing and your purpose when you heal your relationships with them and come to know them on a much deeper level.

Who is this work for?
This work is for people who feel like the black sheep, the empath in the family, and are ready to metabolize and alchemize that burden with validation and strong support. Though many of my clients are women, I also enjoy working with men in order to help them integrate their own feminine/emotional within in a healthy balanced way. This improves their relationships, with themself and those around them.

I've already done a lot of my own healing and spiritual work — is this still for me?
Yes, and it may be especially for you. Many of my clients come to me already spiritually attuned and self-aware. Our core wounds took place in relationship and need to be healed in attuned and secure relationship with strong mentor. One who sees, celebrates, nurtures your power, magic, and gifts out into the world, as leaders, not cast aways. This work is built for people ready to go deeper, not people just starting out.

How often do we meet, and how long does this work take?
We meet weekly, same time each week, for one hour. This work is designed for the long term — I typically work with clients for years, since attachment and ancestral patterns are healed through consistency, and deeper cycles and seasonal patterns reveal themselves over time.

What is the investment?
Sessions are $225 per week, held on an automatic weekly payment. Because this is an ongoing therapeutic container, missed sessions are still billed, in honor of the consistency the work depends on.

How do I know if we're a good fit?
I offer a free consult call before we begin. This gives us both a chance to feel into whether this is the right container for your specific healing path before committing to weekly ongoing work.
